HIRING Business Development Head for a Leading Online Grocery Stores for Delhi NCR region
- We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-driven person to Head Sales team in Subscription business in Delhi NCR. Interested candidates should have the capability to scale in a startup environment with high growth potential and become a part of its success story.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage high performing sales team.
- Sales head would be expected to lead team of 10 Business Development Managers, who are responsible to manage team of 6-7 Business Development Executives, So a Sales head would have a team of approx 60-70 team members.
- Analyse data and get meaningful insights which will help in making business plan and strategy for increasing customer penetration in the region
- Set clear volume targets and KPIs for the team
- Meeting assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure support function helps in meeting targets

- Must have own conveyance for smoother travel
Company Background: Part of India largest online grocery shopping company. The company follows subscription-based service that allows customers to order milk and other daily essentials the previous night and have them delivered the following morning.
