- Responsible for driving the Pan India P&L for SME domain
- A team of 250+ppl to be managed consisting of Business Development Associates, Team Leaders, Managers, Associate Directors
- Identifying & Penetrating emerging markets to develop business
- Plan, strategize and implement outreach events to facilitate high quality lead generation and promoting capability of product & organization
- Originate business by advising clients on existing or newer fund raising options
- Ability to deal with a large number of small/medium/large customers. Ability to work effectively in rapidly changing and ambiguous scenarios across sectors
- Ensure repetitive business from the existing clients (inherited portfolio)
