- Identify the best talent, and lead a team of syndicate market research professionals
- Identifying new opportunities, maximize new revenue & meet targets.
- Participate and contribute to corporate initiatives beyond assigned responsibilities
- Remain flexible as work responsibilities change based on business needs
- Ability to interface with senior client executives in both verbal and written, structured and unstructured formats
- Ability to define trends across industries and apply those impacts on client vision
- Conceptualize and develop new offerings within syndicated research Work with the marketing team to support the execution of a comprehensive marketing plan and ensure that the research products are in line with market expectations
- Developing and executing a plan to meet short & long term sales and profitability targets.
- Identifying and capturing strategic opportunities to drive sales and market share
- Accountability of Sales, rigorous approach and weekly review
- Identify new business prospects, penetrate and develop new opportunities
- Development of new clients & extend relations with existing clients
- Providing insights to management to improve process, increase sales traction and expanding customer base in new geographies
- Report to the management on a fortnightly basis
