Head - Business Development - Manufacturing/Maintenance & Services Outsourcing Firm

- The incumbent would be responsible for business development pan-India for maintenance and service outsourcing in the manufacturing industry in line with the strategic plans of the center through effective utilization of resources and establishing contacts with decision makers, acquisition of new corporates and SMEs for new business development and client servicing, maintaining relationships, and generating revenue.

- Client relations at the top

- To promote the organization's services to new corporate clients and retain existing clients

- Create new leads, aggressively grow, and retain market share.

- Setting business development team objectives in alignment with company objectives

- Write effective proposals for clients.

- Innovate bundled VAS for clients.

- Leadership qualities to be able to manage team members

- Developing the sales representative by coaching and counseling

- ability to network and create working relationships with group companies

- Develop vendor relationships with existing and future vendors.

- Assign and monitor the performance of the existing team members.

- Work with internal and external stakeholders to manage workforce deployment.

- Manage costs and expenses judiciously.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Any graduate or MBA

- Engineering graduates with MBAs are preferred.

- Should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, corporate sales, or B2B from maintenance and service outsourcing experience
