Role:

In this role, you would lead our National Business Division which fulfills the following role in our Indonesia business:

- Managing all key account relationships, requests, and business opportunities

- Sourcing and developing new enterprise and corporate business

- Managing the end-to-end process of all RFP and RFQ submissions

- Leading new client engagements before passing to our Operations Division

- Managing programs and initiatives to increase enterprise customer engagement

- New product and feature development to address enterprise opportunities

- Providing product and feature training as well as feedback loops to enterprise clients

- You will be responsible for managing and supporting a team of 1-2 Assistant Managers who focus on Account Management and 7-10 Associates/Senior Associates, monitoring overall performance, implementing process improvements, and driving a positive work environment.


- Your strategic thinking, leadership skills and commercial intuition will be key to success in this role.

Qualifications:

Ideal age range : 27-35 Years

- Minimum 5 years full-time experience

- Minimum 2 years directly managing a team

- No logistics or technology experience required

- Fluent English speaking and writing (no Indonesian language required)

- Undergraduate GPA of at least 3.0
