Business Development Head (IT Staffing)
- Responsible for getting client accounts.
- Identify potential IT clients and interact with Hiring Managers of clients who regularly releasing contract and/ or contract- to- hire IT Staff augmentation services.
- Responsible in materializing existing vendor/ client accounts or contracts and build this network.
- Identify Client requirements and maintain relationships to serve clients in a better way.
- Leverage existing relationships and network to open new business Interact routinely with various levels of management, functional leads, other staff, and customers' Ability to travel as required, based on negotiated work location.
- Effectively present our services to new and existing clients.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of company offerings to identify profitable business opportunities.
- Preparing all documentation required for requests for proposals (RFPs).
- Researching emerging trends and recommending new company offerings to satisfy customers' needs.
- Developing and managing strategic partnerships to grow business.
- Presenting business or marketing opportunities to company executives and management.
Qualification And Experience:
1. Should have 12+ Years of Experience in getting new client acquisition and business development in IT Services or IT Staffing Industry & must have an existing client relationship and a proven track record of success in getting IT Clients.
2. Excellent presentation and written communication skills in consultative settings, interact with compliance/ Hiring Managers and Business Owners.
3. Very good understanding of the business deliverables.
4. Possess over persuasion and negotiation skills.
5. Excellent relationship building and networking skills.
6. Having Good understanding of IT / Software skills and Technologies.
7. Aggressive and Target Oriented
8. Impeccable written and verbal communication skills in English
9. Passionate, Energetic, Enthusiastic, Go-Getter
10. You are Self-Driven, Motivated, Professional, Positive Minded
11. You have entrepreneurial attitude/mind set, business acumen.
