Business Development Director - IT Staffing
- Our client is focused on IT staffing
- 10+ years experience with strong sales expertise of the IT Staffing
- Will handle P&L responsibility of India sales
- Ensure revenue growth, addition of new logos, engage with C level executives.
- Must have managed large accounts across India.
- Responsible for new business development
- Identify areas and opportunities within the accounts
- Responsible for managing the Annual Operating plan for the business unit
- Expertise in staffing segment specifically in IT recruitment.
- Proven track record of consistent revenue and margin growth in large business unit with multiple regions.
- Motivate sales and recruiting functions to jointly deliver and exceed headcount, revenue and margin targets.
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and presentation skills
