Detailed JD for Business Development Head
- Identifying new potential accounts and responsible for generating new business for the company and managing delivery as Per TAT.
- Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging from the network.
- Mining / exploring business opportunities with the existing clients.
- Identifying Challenges in the customer's environment and giving the right workable solution.
- Be conversant with the current advancements in technology and its usage from a business perspective
- Presentation of the various services provided by the company, discussion & negotiations, defining clear scope of work and SLA Negotiation.
- Interacting with the Channel partners/line managers/technical managers of customers to drive new business.
- Participate in Cost negotiations with the customers, consultation on contractual issues,.
- knowledge of the India market and competitors is required
- Lead the Business Development Team independently.
- identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions in the services and Augmentation areas..
Desired Skills and Experience
- Should have proven experience and track record in providing Software Services/Outsourcing for major IT companies
- Should have 12 to 15 yrs of experience in IT Industry
- Should have been in Business Development in Software Services/ Outsourcing ( T and M Model) / Staff Augmentation for min 8 Yrs
- Possess strong relationship and have key contacts within the industry
