We have an opening for the position of IT Sourcing Head/Business Development Head for one of our reputed clients .Our client deliver Digital IT Products, one of the world's leading Banking products, digital financial services providers and they do high end business consulting, technology and products agnostics solutions, end to end architecture reviews, audits, gap analysis , development, Build, BAU (Business As Usual) and project outsourcing services and enable its clients to transform to new era digital platforms and project solutions.

Job Summary:

- As a Business Development Head you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

- You will be responsible for prospecting potential clients, understanding their business needs, and presenting them with tailored solutions that align with our products/services.

Please Note:

- The candidate should have closed 10cr to 15 cr worth of IT Business annually and a minimum of 5cr worth deal quarterly.

- He/she should have a very strong relationship with the existing customer base & have a minimum customer base of 3 to 5 customers.

- Should have achieved the target of 50 to 60 deploy resources per month.

- Strong Knowledge IT Product & IT Services (Flexcube, Finacle, IBM BPM, SAP, Oracle ERP,SAS, TIBCO,Fusion, Opentext )

Key Responsibilities :

1. Business Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve growth targets and expand the recruitment agency's market presence.

2. Get a contract & Project Outsource close positions. Maintaining frui- ul relationships with existing and new clients.

3. Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients, industries, and markets to generate new business leads and opportunities.

4. Develop and sustain effective new business relationships with accounts/clients and independently, handle staffing business.

5. Set up meetings between client decision-makers and the company's practice leaders/Principals.

7. IT Solution Selling: Present and promote the agency's services to clients, offering customized recruitment IT solutions that align with their specific requirements.

8. Proposal Creation: Prepare compelling and persuasive proposals, RFPs (Request for Proposals), and presentations for potential clients.

11. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing with clients, ensuring a win-win outcome for both parties.

12. Collaboration: Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure a smooth handover of new clients and their requirements.

13. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward targets, providing regular reports to management.

Requirements :

- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve revenue targets.

- 10 + years of experience in Business Development/IT Sales.

- Must have prior relationships with Tier-1 Partners / End Clients with a consistent track record of placements with them.

- Well-versed with Recruitment life cycle and Staffing.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities to establish and maintain client connections.

- Analytical mindset to understand client needs and propose effective solutions.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with a strong sense of ownership.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.

- Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a relevant field is preferred.
