Job Description & Responsibilities associated :
- Continually developing your employer's brand and building increasing awareness in the market place
- Generating and seeking out potential new opportunities
- Developing and managing relationships with potential clients, influencers and key stakeholders
- Evaluating new opportunities to ensure resources focus on the best opportunities
- Monitoring competitors and reviewing your employer's offering in light of competitors developments
- Participating in new business contract negotiations
- Responsible for business development, implementation business plans to achieve targets as per the agreed budget.
- Provide Leadership and strategic direction to the Company's overall sales program, inclusive of securing new customers, expanding business opportunities.
- Design, implement and manage the Company's sales process, ranging from relation development and contract finalization.
- Lead sales organizational change initiatives by continuously assessing the need of the organization changes.
- Strategic understanding of Corporate Sales and business domain. Business Communication and Technology tools knowledge
Preferred Qualifications :
- leadership skills, managerial, team building, and organizational skills
- Relationship skills, presentation, negotiation skills.
- Knowledge about insurance industry & their operations and processes, underwriting philosophy, risk selection and assessment techniques, premium rating, loss trends etc
- Experience in managing complex portfolios including insurance portfolios.
