Reporting: National Vertical Head
KEY PURPOSE :
- Acquire scalable and large relationships - In the Digital, Corporate Agents and Brokers space- that align with ALI's strategic objectives.
- Apply networking skills in acquiring relationships, carry out negotiations, due diligence and enable decision making to ensure closure
- Provide thought leadership on market insights and evolution in the business deal space.
STRATEGIC :
- Identify the opportunities for strategic partnerships and open up leads for acquisitions.
- Assist in the distribution set up through market scoping
FINANCIAL :
- Estimate realistic business potential and structure financial deals for the proposed partners.
- Acquire partners of sustainable quality / scale which will deliver a profitable business model for ALI
PROCESS :
- Adherence to the process sign up.
- Legal and Compliance norms adherence, to IRDA guidelines
- Hand-hold the account till effective set-up on system and its complete alignment with the sales teams.
- Creating Deck to introduce the company to prospective partners and make impactful presentations pitching ALI
CUSTOMER :
- Good networking and Relationship Management skills
- Aggressive follow ups for closures
PEOPLE :
- Effective co-ordination with marketing, product and finance teams to customize proposals
- Work closely with functions like Legal and Finance
Deliverables
- Acquire multiple relationships that can generate consolidated revenue of at least Rs. 50 crore during FY20.
Ideal Candidate :
- Experience of 10-12 years
- Core competency - New Account Acquisition / Negotiation Skills/ Manage existing client relationships/ Acumen to explore newer and radical opportunities to develop the business.
- Experience in managing business through Digital Partners
- Networking and decision making skills
- Sound market knowledge about competition, their products and distribution set ups
- Innovative and strategic mindset
