Business Development Head with one of the largest European MNC
Opportunity description:
- Own the E-mob strategy implementation India
- Policy advocacy for E Mob market adoption with Government of India, Industry association iCEMA , others
- One point contact for all global E-Mob initiatives for India
- Remain Connected with the overall Indian EV ecosystem and startup world to provide inputs to management on the new innovations and possibilities to leverage in India for this business
- Drive Management team competence in E Mobility and also support overall organization competence development
- Responsibility for E-mob product sales during the market adoption stages
- Support the steps for Region India to realize E-mob strategy in Indian market ( end to end value chain) including activities like
- Distribution preparation strategy and road map
- Supplier ecosystem preparation for localization
- Aftersales strategy preparation with Uptime & Parts team
- Play the E-mob evangelist role in Region India
- Mindset and Competence:
- You have a Bachelors or Masters Degree in Engineering/ Sciences and/or MBA ( preferred) with minimum 10 years of experience in Services/ Automotive/ CE/ Construction/ Infrastructure industry including a few years of experience in the E Mobility space
- You have a strong understanding of the automotive / CE industry and a First hand experience in handling business transition in any industry where Product technology is shifting to Sustainable Power based solutions
- You have a proven ability in networking across different stakeholder groups ; Government, Industry bodies, Regulatory bodies, Customers, Suppliers, Cross domain for a with similar trends etc.
- You have a good understanding of issues around E Mobility adoption in customer applications ad the regulatory framework around Electric machines / vehicles
- You have demonstrated your ability to self-learn complex methodologies quickly, independently and effectively
- You are willing to work flexible hours and travel
- You have failed and overcome difficulties and learned from mistakes
- You can attract, develop and support talents
- You have demonstrated a growth and learning mindset in yourself and supporting it in others
