We are looking to expand our presence in the West region and looking to hire a Regional Business Head based out of Mumbai.
Role & Responsibilities :
Develop Sales Strategy :
- Designing and deploying the - Go to Market- strategy keeping in view market trend, company objective and competitive action
- Envision services distribution (size, scope and technology utilization) on yearly basis
- Achievement of top line targets for the organization
Sales Management :
- Custodian of the entire Sales Life-cycle including Prospecting, Pitching, Offering, Negotiating and Closure for the region
- Designing, launching and monitoring effective incentive, rewards and recognition programs for team and partners
- Continuously monitor actual performance against agreed plans in order to ensure revenue, profitability and customer service levels in line with company plans
- Build and run Incentive Programs for the team
Team Management & Development :
- Provide guidance and support to members of the team to enhance production and productivity
- Provide Sales Training and capability building to all employees
- Role Model to the team members
Desired Qualifications :
Experience : 10 - 15 years of relevant experience (Min. 5 years as Head of a Consulting Practice preferred)
Education : MBA
Please Note: This is a sales/BD oriented role and requires proven experience in BD of HR/Business Consulting services in the past.
