Role Overview: Responsible for driving the growth and expansion of our brand across multiple channels. This includes strategically placing the brand in various sectors such as Horeca (Hotel Chains, Standalone Hotels, Restaurant Chains), Alternate Channels (Airport Outlets, Cinema Chains), Corporates, Weddings, Events and Gifting. Your role will also involve expanding distribution channels, managing key accounts, and coaching teams to meet growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute comprehensive sales and business development strategies to expand brand presence across diverse channels including Horeca, Corporates, Retail, and Gifting.
- Develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies to ensure the brand's placement in key accounts and growth within each channel.
- Lead efforts in expanding B2B distribution channels across India, contributing to the company's national footprint.
- Negotiating and signing the contracts with major hotels, securing long-term strategic partnerships.
- Oversee the execution of contracts and ensure successful onboarding and management of new clients.
- Design and execute gifting strategies targeting corporates and hotels, leading to increase in sales from corporate gifting and conversions.
- Own the P&L for Horeca, ensuring accurate sales forecasts and SKU projections, driving profitability across key accounts.
- Provide insights on sales performance, identifying opportunities for growth and improving sales processes.
- Mentor and coach the existing Horeca & Retail teams, ensuring they meet sales targets and are equipped with the skills and resources needed for success.
- Oversee the onboarding and training of new hires, ensuring their alignment with business objectives and company culture.
