- Graduate/MBA Preferable with 12 + years of experience in Sales /Business Development
- A Strong hands on with Sales & BD experience in healthcare space through all channels, Retail & Institution, Referral etc
- Developing and Implementing Business Plan and Strategies within defined market segments
- Work with the management for creating sales strategies for the region
- Responsible for generating Sales of Diagnostics Products
- Work with management to create budgets and targets for function Finance compliance
- Focusing on brand establishment/promotion and generating and increasing revenue from region
- Monitoring and reporting on the performance of Direct Team & Channel Partners/ distributors team.
- Responsible for P&L for entire Zone.
- Identifying and networking with financially strong & reliable channel partners, resulting in deeper market penetration and creation of direct & indirect channel network.
- To Build & maintain relations with major clients, generating business from the existing accounts and achieving profitability and increased sales growth.
- Working as a compliance ambassador in market and working closely with team and distributors on the ethics & compliance issues.
- Ensure revenue targets are met
