Role details :
The Head of Franchisee Business will be responsible for setting up, planning and managing the franchising business of Company widely India and international.
He/She will be responsible for developing franchising opportunities and for offering continuous support to franchisees .
- Set up physical franchisee all over the world to take cult online brand, offline.
- Setting up, designing and implementing end-to-end business operations and full implementation team.
- Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
- Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.)
- Manage relationships with partners/vendors

- Proven background in franchisee channel.
- Strong experience in fast growing start-ups
