We are looking for a Self-driven and results-oriented Business Development Head as part of the management team and play a key role in formulating and implementing strategies for creating pan India footprint of the company through its network of own and franchise operations. The incumbent would also be responsible for responsibilities as under-:
Responsibilities:
a. Conducting thorough market research to identify new business opportunities, trends, and customer needs within the apparel retail sector.
b. Building and develop a strategic growth plan focused on increasing sales and market share.
c. Develop the framework to maintain the highest standards of relationship management with all the franchisees.
d. keep himself updated with the continuously evolving franchise operations space to negotiate and finalize contracts that are mutually beneficial for both parties.
e. Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activity, and new technologies that can impact the retail landscape.
f. Develop a mechanism for review of the business development function.
g. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, operations) to ensure a seamless
onboarding and integration process for new franchise partners.
Qualifications:
- MBA from a reputed institution and minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in business development, preferably within the Apparel retail industry.
- highly networked in the apparel retail sector and more importantly with the big franchises pan India
- Proven track record of expanding the franchise network pan India
- excellent team management skills and ability to create highly result oriented business development team
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, with strong work ethics and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
