Head - Business Development - Engineering/Procurement & Construction

Leading EPC Organisation looking out for Head-Business Development Position.

Our Client is MNC, holding Projects across Globe.

Candidate should be Engineering Graduate Preferably Mechanical.

Its Senior Cadre opportunity so Salary is Negotiable.

Prime Job is to Acquire Projects from Oil & Gas, Refineries, Petrochemical & Infrastructure Segment.

- Team Management- Manpower Planning & effective utilization on PAN India basis.

- Build key customer relationships, identifies, negotiates and closes business deals.

- Participate in techno-commercial discussions and negotiations, Tenders/ Pre-Bids

- Technical Presentations & Personal Visits to the CLIENT location

- Exposure to deals with Global/International Projects (Specifically Middle East Countries) is added advantage.

- Candidate having relevant exposure of Project Management from O&G or Infra Background is more preferred.
