Job Role:

- Generating and providing specifications for projects across South India.

- Led and inspired a team of Territory Managers and Executives to surpass regional targets.

- Directed key account management efforts, fostering strong relationships with end customers, builders/developers, PMC's, architects, consultants, EPC, and interior contractors.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Market Research and Analysis:

- Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities, market trends, and competitive landscape.

- Analyse customer needs, preferences, and demands to develop targeted strategies for business growth.

- Identify new market segments and explore untapped business prospects.

2. Business Development:

- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.

- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through effective lead generation and prospecting activities.

- Conduct sales presentations and negotiations to secure new business contracts.

- Driving of the specifications business and also handling of higher value Key Accounts

3. Client Relationship Management:

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

- Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their specific needs.

- Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.

4. Strategic Partnerships:

- Identify and collaborate with strategic partners, distributors, and dealers to expand the company's reach.

- Negotiate and establish mutually beneficial partnerships to increase market penetration.

- Provide strategic direction to the business development activity, including penetration of target sectors, collaborations with allied businesses

5. Team Collaboration:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align strategies and achieve common business objectives.

- Provide support and guidance through strong oration to the sales team, ensuring they have the necessary resources to succeed.

- Instrumental in representing the team and organisation in industry forums

6. Sales Performance Analysis:

- Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of business development strategies.

- Prepare regular reports on sales progress, market analysis, and growth opportunities.

7. Compliance and Reporting:

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

- Prepare periodic reports and updates for management on business development activities.
