We are urgently looking for a HEAD - Business Development - Sales & Marketing with for a Wellness Diagnostic Centre and its Expansion on a Pan India Level.
- MBA with 10 years+ of experience with healthcare group (hospitals / wellness / diagnostic labs)
- Will development the Strategy for Channel Management, Franchise Management, response for business decision with board members on strategic expansion and take overs.
- Responsible for increase the sales & business development, patient footfall, increase business volume
- Must have experience into MERGER & ACQUISITION
- Team management
- Handle all the sales and marketing activity at regional
- Communication and Negotiation skill
- Our client is a renowned chain of wellness clinics on the verge of business expansion.
- Expansion of the Entire Pan India Merger and Acquisition of Diagnostics lab & Retail lab management.
- Prospecting and Lead generation with Market survey.
- Relationship management with prospects for establishing various TIE up formats other than M & A.
- Due diligence of the prospects for further take over.
- Improve the Prospects within regional and the Organization.
- EBIDTA
- Well versed with south (Telangana, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala), east (Jharkhand, Orissa) and north India (Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon) healthcare business
- Ready to travel as and when required
