Salary is not a constraint for the right candidate and this is a senior leadership vacancy at Vice President level, reporting to CEO. 

Details :

1. 14 Plus years of Experience.

2. Education: Chemical Engineering (PhD in Organic Chemistry preferred), MBA.

3. From CRAM, Custom Synthesis, Fine Chemicals, or Agro Chemicals Industry.

4. Knowledge of custom synthesis business, CRM,API technology landscape along with experience in price analysis, and negotiating techniques, risk mitigation, common purchasing processes preferred.

5. Strong account management and relationship building skills with large, global organisations with exposure in Japan, European nations and US.

6. Proven ability in closing large and complex techno-commercial deals.
