1. Identify commercial properties which are viable for co-working business.

2. Structuring deals (such as revenue sharing, profit sharing, with fit outs, with free period, with step acquisition etc) with landlords for such properties which suits the co-working business model.

3. Identifying potential co-working companies which can be acquired by the client and structuring the deal thereof.

4. Corporate sales of co working space.

5. Doing back to back sale and acquisition deals (like identifying the customer as well as the property which suits the requirements of the said customer).

6. Representing the client (co-working space) on various business platforms.

7. Keep a vouch on the value/distress deal in the market.

8. Ability to lead the team and can work independently also.

9. Ability to build and development own team.

Experience : 2 to 3 years in sales with from a finance background,co-working space background, real estate or commercial property background

Education : Graduate or MBA in Finance
