Role :-
- Candidate must possess core experience in working out real estate investment transactions, valuations, deals evaluation and feasibility, business development, various kind of deal and investment structuring and real estate taxation.
- Strategic alliances & partnerships
- Identify and evaluate new mergers and acquisitions opportunities, perform risk analysis and present findings & analysis to management for review and approval
- Candidate should have experience in evaluation, investments, feasibility, valuations and transactions in land buying, JD, JV, redevelopments.
- Proficient in real estate financial modelling, good understanding of finance and real estate norms linked to investments evaluation.
- Must have been part of team that have closed real estate investments transactions.
- Prepare- go-to- market sales planning by devising strategic selling methodologies and tools by working in collaboration with the Marketing & Sales function.
- Study market and identify new prospects for forming alliances and partnerships
- Prepare acquisitions plans based on the inputs from market research & investment evaluation and organization growth plans
- Prepare reports/plans, risk mitigation steps and perform the cost-benefit analysis for strategic initiatives such as for Joint Ventures, Diversification, and Integration etc.
- Scan the domestic/international markets to identify potential opportunities
- Identify and manage alliances & partnerships at domestic/international level.
- Fund raising experience would be an added advantage.
