Purpose of role :
- This role is responsible for complete Business cycle management right from lead generation to closure in BFSI, Telecom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for new business development by identifying new business opportunities and untouched market segments
- Manage direct Sales with focus to maximize revenues in timely, reliable and reliable manner
- Liaison and maintain relationships with existing Clients and mining of new Clients
- Close interaction with Pre Sales and Sales team to ensure timely delivery of technical proposals
- Lead and support Business development team in business development activities
Desired Skills & Experience
- Functional expertise, Excellent Oral and written Communication, Client interfacing & relationship building skills, Analytical skills, Pleasing Personality, Critical judgment abilities, Leadership & team work abilities.
- 12-15 Years of overall experience in Business Development out of which at least 5 years should be as head of Business development in a large BPO
- Good understanding of either Telecom or BFSI is necessary

Mandatory: MBA in Marketing from a premier B- School
