This role is with a new construction-tech start up company
In this role you will be responsible to build the business from scratch by meeting the contractors and builders across the country.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the acquisition of new clients
- Develop new business opportunities with potential contractors / builders at all stages of the sales cycle to include targeting, prospecting, and presenting business propositions.
- To meet prospect clients and give presentations on the company's product and services to clients.
- Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials
- Executing sales plans devised by the management / contributing towards the growth of business revenue.
- Establish good relationships with prospective clients, closures of sales for revenue generation.
- Collating the daily reports regarding the outcome of the meeting with clients
- Initiate marketing strategies and coordinate actions to influence the market
Candidate Profile:
- 15+ years of experience working in Business Development from Construction / Building Materials / Staffing industries
- Experience selling to contractors / builders
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
