Looking for Head - Business Development- Commercial Buildings & Airports sector

Location- Mumbai

Purpose

Support Business development in business development efforts. Identify and develop new business for the company.

Key Accountabilities

- Identification of new business opportunities in the Commercial Buildings & Airports sector (e.g. IT, Health & Leisure, Malls, Airports, Public space etc.)

- Preparation of a business plan for company- Commercial Buildings & Airports sector.

- Interaction with key clients to further company business development objectives.

- Preparation of Expression of Interest and Pre qualification documents.

- Participate in Buildings and construction industry trades hows, conferences, seminars, and organizations to develop new business opportunities for company-Commercial Buildings & Airports sector.

- Networking: Positions the incumbent needs to interact with internal and externally as a part of the job.

- Develop both short-term and long-term new business and revenue generation opportunities

- Expertise in tendering and Pre-contracts

- Willingness / flexibility for extreme travelling (if necessary)

- Experience in dealing with complex environments and should have worked in a large Corporations.

- Excellent people handing and communication abilities

Minimum Qualifications Minimum years of experience

Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Civil)

20-25 years of proven track record of creating significant impact in Indian/Multinational organizations
