- Lead the sales for the channel incentivization vertical for the product line
- Work closely with the leadership team to provide input on the growth of the business and align revenue strategies
- Build the execution and track plan of the vertical's revenue and income targets
- Work closely with the leadership team to provide input on the growth of the business and align revenue strategies
- Hire, train and lead a growing team of high-performing field sales personnel
- Work closely with Inside Sales team and Customer Success team to source quality leads and grow conversion %
- Lead client presentations (to National Sales Head/Business Head/Marketing Head) including information discovery sessions, product demonstrations, proposals, and bid defenses
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Delivery to manage smooth onboarding of clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Top/Senior Management at mid and enterprise clients
- Experience in building and leading sales teams
- Experience selling channel incentivization platforms is preferred
- Working with an extremely pedigreed set of leadership
