1) Experience in Start-up ecosystem for at least 5-10 yrs, or been an entrepreneur
2) Exp In Sales and Marketing, Preferably 5+yrs of exp in B2B Sales
3) Account Management Expertise - at least 10+yrs of exp in managing customer accounts B2B
4) Should have entrepreneurial experience
Responsibilities :
- Oversee outreach efforts for partner selection
- Overall responsibility for outcomes and key deliverables of the assigned partners
- Grow and manage network of mentors, investors, service providers, mentors and other key stakeholders
- Work with program director to provide strategic guidance to the foundation for building and refining key operating models and processes, benchmarking approaches against other tried and tested models
- Build and improve the program model for the future via continuous business improvement practices
- Contribute to Intellectual property creation of the Organisation
- To contribute to program content, white papers, thought leadership articles etc
- To contribute in building and strengthening the entrepreneurial ecosystem comprising of Start-up companies, Mentors, Investors, Customers, Service Providers and Partners
