Head of Business Development


- Please note this is a Freelance/Part-time role.

- We are a young branding studio based in Delhi and looking for someone senior who can help us scale the agency and grow the business.

Responsibilities :

- Build Cultor Studio's new business function, including establishing new lead sources

- Manage the end to the end sales process, including taking inbound leads from qualification to pitch, negotiation, close, and handover with client services.

- Line management responsibility of a business development executive.

- Improve reporting on sales effectiveness, including win rates and return on investment.

- Build new strategic partnerships with referral partners to create new streams of leads.

- Attend networking events to help build our reputation.

- Report to the Founder and join the extended leadership team.

Requirements :

- We are looking for an experienced, sophisticated digital marketing professional capable of having strategic conversations with prospective clients.

- Proven track record of pitching and winning complex digital marketing solutions

- Experience in generating their own opportunities through methods like prospecting, outbound, or account-based marketing

- Demonstrable ability to influence at the c-suite level

- Strong working knowledge of the digital marketing landscape

- Experience working in a marketing agency (preferable) or closely related tech field

- Ability to work with a team of experts to create outstanding sales pitches

- The successful individual will have high levels of integrity, humility, emotional intelligence, and work ethic.
