Job Title: Chief Growth Officer (CGO)

Job Summary:
The Chief Growth Officer (CGO) will be responsible for driving new client acquisition and expanding the business footprint within the BPO sector, particularly in telecalling services. This role is essential to scaling operations, building strategic client relationships, and identifying market opportunities to maximize revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in client acquisition, telecalling, and sales growth within the outsourcing domain. Success in this role will set a clear trajectory toward the CEO position, contingent on achieving aggressive growth objectives and demonstrating visionary leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Growth Strategy Development:
- Design and implement a forward-thinking growth strategy that targets client acquisition and revenue generation in the BPO and telecalling sectors.
- Identify high-value market opportunities, including untapped geographical regions and new verticals, to expand the client base and increase revenue streams.
Market Expansion:
- Lead initiatives to expand into new markets and diversify the client portfolio, ensuring penetration into profitable verticals and sectors.
- Develop a robust understanding of emerging trends and demands within the telecalling and outsourcing industries to tailor offerings that attract clients.
Leadership & Strategic Influence:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performance team dedicated to growth, fostering a results-oriented culture.
- Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and Board, contributing to the company's long-term direction and preparing for future leadership opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in the BPO industry, with specific expertise in telecalling and client acquisition in an outsourcing environment.
- Demonstrated success in achieving aggressive client acquisition targets, ideally with international exposure.
Strategic Mindset:
- Visionary thinker capable of designing and executing strategies that align with both immediate and long-term growth objectives.
- Ability to adapt and respond to dynamic market conditions with agility and insight.
Analytical & Financial Acumen:
- Proficiency in financial forecasting, growth modeling, and ROI analysis for strategic growth initiatives.
- Data-driven approach to decision-making, leveraging market trends and client acquisition metrics to inform strategy.
Communication Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, adept at presenting strategic insights to internal teams, clients, and board members.
- Ability to convey complex growth strategies in a clear, compelling manner to stakeholders.
Note: Candidates with HUNTING experience would be preferred.
