- Masters Degree in Sales & Marketing or any relevant field
- Preferred experience in Francophone country
- Experience working in automobile sector (Trucks, Heavy Vehicle, 2 wheelers), knowledge of mining equipment with heavy truck and 2W that have scaled partnerships and industry solutions globally.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively while applying sound business judgment and quantitative analytics.
- Thought leader with a solid understanding of automotive industry transformation and the role of technology.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain a network of relationships which facilitate deal flow.
- Self-starter who can excel in a fast-paced and fluid environment.
- French language will be an added benefit
- Work with industry strategy leads and service team leaders to shape new automotive solutions and associated business models, partnerships, and strategic efforts aligned to support the automotive industry strategy.
- Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers.
- Identify business opportunities and perform market research to create business leads and identify potential projects.
- Develop and implement overarching sales strategies, system, process and discipline within the company
- Generate new customer and partner relationships to ensure new business and opportunities are identified.
- Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select the deals in line with strategies, and lead and facilitate supply chain activities.
