Major Responsibilities
- Develop Strategic Partnerships / Making global alliances, technology tie ups
- Defines ambitious goals and establishes priorities with clear responsibilities to ensure results, activities, utilize resources effectively.
- Participate effectively in technical and commercial meetings with the client and consultant and lead the process to the logical end of bagging the order.
- Benchmarks information with respect to competitors, market/industry trends for similar projects and develops a strategy to win contracts.
- Works on the details of projects including possible risks and mitigation plans
- Collects information on site conditions, about available contractors, applicable taxes etc
- Collaborate with estimation team and submits the bids after Management approval
- Attends pre-award/post-bid meetings for technical/commercial negotiations
- Recognizes and capitalizes on the trends and events within and outside the organization and aligns organizations financial, operational and human capabilities.
- Gets the Orders from clients and hands over the Orders with all documentation to the Head - Operations for project execution.
Candidate Profile
- Expertise in Business Development in Buildings and Airports
- Expertise in securing government contracts
- Ability to analyze and interpret financial data
- Knowledge of public relation principals and practice.
- High level of interpersonal skills
- Cross Functional: Knowledge of Estimation, Finance, Taxation, and Contracts
Qualification
B.E (Civil/Mechanical) and MBA from a reputed university
Position will report to BU Head
