Hector & Streak Consulting Pvt. Ltd. requires a Dynamic and Energetic Business Development professional with a proven Track record.

Self-starters who are capable of leading an independent team with extensive experience in Business Development, Client Management and operations and a proven track record of working on Senior/Top Management level assignments would be suitable for the role.

Responsibilities:

- Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and acquire new clients for the firm's executive search services.

- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate an independent team of professionals to achieve business development targets and goals.

- Operations Management: Oversee the operational aspects of business development activities, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.

- Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive growth and expansion in target markets.

- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive threats.

- Networking: Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the firm's reach and visibility.

Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum of ten years of experience in business development, client management, and operations, preferably in the executive search or related industry.

- Track Record: Proven track record of successfully acquiring and managing clients, with a focus on senior/top management level assignments.

- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to lead and inspire a team towards achieving common goals.

- Self-Starter: Self-motivated and proactive individual capable of taking initiative and working independently.

- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.

- Strategic Thinking: Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute business development strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
