Seeking "Head- Business Analytics" for one of the MNC Banks based in "Mumbai ".
Job Purpose
Heads the Business Analytics function in the Bank which will serve to identify business growth opportunities in customer and products segments through planning and execution of campaign analytics, all aspects of MI and Reporting and all aspects of product analytics including building data models, pattern identification, trend analysis.

Job Duties & responsibilities :
- Profiling of Liability Customers into logical segments based upon customer behavioural characteristics
- Perform timely review of the portfolio and provided insights on the trends observed on business/risk parameters
- Innovate various data points for marketing and conversions by identifying new business opportunities and funnel attritions
- Building data models using fishbone analysis, RFM analysis, Funnel analysis in identifying opportunities to improve conversions
- Product propensity models for targeted marketing across customer lifecycle; used for cross sell / next best product / product bundling offers
- Build balance attrition, cross sell propensity models for Liability accounts, used to deepen customer relationship
- Responsible for identifying and honing campaigning targeting along with the campaign analyst.
- Understanding redemption needs and targets and accordingly developing and executing the campaigns.
- Managing campaign budgets.
- Working on customer analytics to gauge campaign success.
- Working closely internally with the Marketing Strategy division to understand partner needs and co-ordinate on campaign schedules.
- Assist on a variety of ad-hoc marketing and communication initiatives, as needed.
- Co-ordination with all other departments to facilitate smooth execution of marketing activities.
- Ideating on, presenting and executing the best suited campaign.
- Build out the platform for an - intelligent banking- experience using customer data, insights, personalisation and contextual marketing.
- Work with the country and regional team to help identify intelligent banking use cases and help develop solutions that will deliver this experience across channels especially in app.
- Monitor and ensure that over 90% of all customer messages are analytically led and relevant, targeting the right customer, with the right product, through the right channel and at the right time.
- Working with region to ensure data access, availability and governance.
