We are looking for a Business Head for Analytics. We are looking for someone, who would have worn the hat of a BD person, cum delivery with P&L responsibility. Exposure to US markets is a must and the incumbent should have the ability to drive the 'go-to-market' strategy. Preference is for a professional from a pure play analytics firms
Qualifications:
MBA with about fifteen to twenty years- experience base, having worked in reputed large insight, consulting or business analytics companies, the last few years in a senior management role with P&L responsibility;
Current designation: Senior Vice President or higher;
Need to have had hands on experience managing business analytics teams and be familiar with the technical aspects of managing big data; demonstrated experience in managing large client accounts and domestic/ international business development work
Familiar with latest technology in data capture and analysis and tools
Familiarity with traditional insight related work (consumer research)

4. Plan and executive client and business development activities

6. Recruit/ retain quality staff; evaluates performance on a regular basis versus expectations
7. Financial budgeting, reporting; take remedial steps where required to achieve financial outcomes
