The role:
- To drive the organization strategy to rewire the business using Analytics at scale - as a core engine to business growth.
- Managing a data team in a large scale environment
- Use analytics as a source of competitive differentiation, improving business decision making, and customer experience
- Use a variety of analytic techniques incorporating machine-learning methods to be deployed in business decisions
- Turn data into critical information and knowledge
- Hire, nurture, and grow talent within the analytics team. Oversee a team that builds, tests, and
analyzes data models, artificial intelligence, and machine learning tools, to enhance user experience, customer service, and product innovation
The Person :
- 10+years of experience, out of which atleast 4+ years of analytical domain experience
- Exposure to BFSI, Shared Services set up, KPO & IT (serving BFSI clients)
- SAS and other Business analytical tools
