Job Responsibilities :

- Large account acquisition & nurturing

- Develop alliances for the company with Acquiring banks, Processors, Payment Gateways etc. organizations

- Setup & manage business partnerships for distribution of company's products to drive the revenue growth with organizations having a large distribution in consumer durable space, FMCG, Pharma, etc., and with Franchisors having a large retail Franchise across India

- Design Partnership programmes and collaboration programmes

- Monitoring competition, collecting and analysing market intelligence.

Candidate Profile :

- MBA from a pedigree college (1st class throughout) 15-40 rank institution.

- 8-10 years of experience of B2B selling and relationship management with large accounts, ideally in the BFSI space.

Skills/Expertise :

- Communication / Negotiation / Influencing

- Decision making

- Leadership skills

- Experience in managing P&L

- Large account acquisition & management ability, particularly with clients in the BFSI segment.

- Deal Making & Commercial Sense

- Client servicing & Relationship Management
