The job description of the Head Tea Sales - Bulk Tea will be as follows:
1) Responsible for bulk Tea Sales, blending, Auctions, Export, Tendering, quality control & profitability.
2) Responsible for developing business & building the brand of the company.
3) Explore new avenues of business and submit achievable growth plans.
Experience : Minimum 20+ years' experience in Bulk Tea Sales as Senior Management position of any reputed Tea Company. (Past experience as Head Bulk Tea Business of a huge Organisation is Must).
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Solid knowledge in the in-Bulk Tea Sales Operations
2. Any Graduate with PG/MBA in Marketing.
Professional Experience:
1. Must have worked as HOD for the last 10 years in any reputable Tea Company.
2. Strong understanding of various policies and practices of this Industry.
Strategic thinking skills:
1. Ability to manage other managers, and handle difficult situations while remaining forward-looking and very positive
2. Ability to lead by example - The candidate should support organizational norms, possess self-discipline and lead best practices
3. Adaptability - The ability to adapt is essential with the capacity to anticipate possible new opportunities or mitigate potential challenges.
4. Understand the changing and evolving landscape, and new developments with the ability to identify which may be relevant for their implementation.
Skills Required:
- Excellent Communication skills - should have strong, clear, and crisp verbal articulation skills and very strong documentation skills.
- Very strong Interpersonal Skills - ability to listen to critical, with the capacity to truly comprehend, be seen as approachable, and act as a coach, inspiring confidence with ability to help.
