Key Responsibilities :

- Set up the Builder and Developer Finance business. This would involve identifying opportunities of financing to top Real Estate Players / Builders / Developers across India

- Engage with the developers to tie up opportunities for Retail Home Loan Financing Business. The Home Loan Financing will help in the liquidation of Builder Finance outstanding

- Structuring and Closure of High ticket funding deals to the Builder / Developer Segment

Experience :

- Prior experience in Developer Financing is mandatory

- Good understanding of the Mortgages Business

- Relationships on a Pan India basis with Developers / RE players

- Min 10 to 15 years post qualification experience

- Willingness to be locationally mobile
