Head - Broking Operations

Startup company looking for a young and dynamic leader who can establish stock broking operations from grounds up. "The one" who can build the solid base to bring delightful experience to users.

Key Responsibilities - 

- Build and lead overall accounting, banking & trading operations and back office management

- Design and manage Customer Onboarding & KYC operations

- Build systems and process for customer resolution & reporting

- Build SOPs for delightful customer experience and business excellence

- Reduce the manual intervention to accurately reconcile, record and report customer payment transactions

- Build and train teams for processing.

- Coordinate with third party vendors and exchanges.

- Handle regulatory compliances as per SEBI guidelines and conduct financial & exchange audits

- Good understanding of Order Management System, Risk Management System
