Job Scope / Position Summary
Purpose of the Role:
Managing brand imagery in the media and increase visibility for organization business through regular activities and communication. Create brand recall in the media by regularly having stories/ interviews on Insurance and the financial services industry portraying the brand in a positive light.
Organize press conference (from start to end - concept to execution/implementation/ logistics) for any product launches or any significant media announcements as required.

Financial KPIs:
- Liaison with the PR agency.
- Relation building with media.
- Organization Brand management.
- Manage negative articles/stories
Non-Financial KPIs:
- Internal communication projects.
- Internal & External stakeholder management.
Main Responsibility Key Result Area :
1. Creating and implementing successful branding and marketing initiatives. Planning initiatives to improve visibility and achieve business objectives of the Organization. Branding
2. Successful implementation of the projects; successful activity every quarter besides long term projects. Planning and supervising CSR projects and CSR communication plan. CSR
3. Increase the presence of the Organization in the digital platforms: social media presence for media coverage External Communication - Digital
4. Augment awareness of the Organization based on the company's vision, key strengths and business strategy. Build a preference for the company's offerings. Position the company's senior management and spokespersons as thought leaders in the industry. Handle media crisis if any. External Communication - Media, PR, Events & Sponsorships
5. Improved engagement with the employees while ensuring all communication adhere to the appropriate standard and guidelines Internal Communication
6. Annual Report; Calendar; Media Yearbook; Process Manuals; supporting business on different projects.
7. Successful implementation of the project within the given timeline Special Projects
Qualification and Experience Requirement :
Education: Post Graduate in any stream, preferably from Mass Media/Advertising /Media/Communication
Experience: A person with 10 - 12 years of work experience in PR & Corp. Com, preferably from the Financial services industry. Client servicing experience in a PR agency would be an added advantage.
