Strategic ownership/Brand ownership :
- Expert at creating, advising and executing strategic communication, marketing communication and corporate communications.
- Skilled in external positioning of the Group and leveraging business opportunities.
- Ability to innovate given the constantly evolving marketing landscape and ensure that we are front-runners in coming up with new styles and modes of communication and media and also touch upon growth hacking techniques.
- Positioning the organization as the thought leader.
- Good understanding on how to leverage digital channels for branding and marketing and for growth, and not only as a lead-generation channel, is a plus and added advantage.
- Implement 360 degree marketing & communication in conjunction with AD agency, Media agency, PR agency, Event agency, Production house, Media house, Digital agency etc
- Responsible for building and owning the consumer research and insights processes and tools from a marketing perspective.
Branding :
- Responsibility for overall Brand strategy and for extending the Brand through multiple channels including advertising, marketing, media, CSR and other customer and stakeholder touch points using 360 degree Marketing, Communication & Brand Strategy
Planning :
- Expert as understanding the creative aspects of building commercials, TVCs, digital videos, story boards etc.
- Handling all the events i.e. external & internal, conferences, meets, incentive programs, annual gathering etc. also external events like investor meets, participation in business & job fairs, exhibitions, financial conferences, product launch, Customer meets, Franchisee meets etc.
Corporate Communication :
- PR coverage in electronic, print & events/ conferences medium. Representation of speakers in these mediums. Also responsible for extensive Research coverage.
- Work with senior management for manage internal communication, including managing CEO interviews, working across media.
Work experience : 8+ years experience

- Good interpersonal skills with demonstrated abilities in networking with the Leadership Team including cutting through hierarchies and functions to build consensus and get things moving.
- Strong team, vendor and agency handling skills for quick execution and project closures with aggressive timelines and budget
- Updated knowledge of latest marketing trends in mass communication including digital, mobile etc.
- Problem solving supported by both in and out of the box thinking
