Job Purpose
Responsible for the success of the brand as defined by revenue growth, profitability and market share
Job Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities Key duties & Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning Create and promote a Brand vision for the future
- Strategize a long term growth plan for the Brand
- Ensure that the revenue targets for brand CP is achieved as per annual business plan.
- Monitor the market share of the brand and track competitor activities
- Channel Sales Plan and drive growth for the brand, along with the channel heads, across all channels - LFS / EBO/ MBO / E-commerce / TRS
- Ensure channel profitability for the Brand
- Work with the product and merchandising teams to ensure right placement and stock availability
- Engage with the channel partners to address issues and impact business and relationship
- Marketing Create marketing strategy for the Brand - Colorplus-
- Provide direction to the marketing team to bring about awareness amongst the customers, about various developments in the brand on time to time basis
- Manage Marketing budgets and channelize spends optimally
- Provide direction and work with the Digital Consumer Centre and the Central CRM teams to optimism the rewards program and Consumer insights
- Retail Operations Work with the business development team to ensure the business development for the retail stores as planned for the brand
- Monitor the retail project team in driving execution of the new stores as planned
- Support and guide the retail head in running a profitable retail operation
- Ensure continuous growth & success of the retail channel
- Regularly evaluate profitability and growth at a store level & take corrective actions
- Product Design Work with the Central Design Leads and the CP Design teams to ensure that the Brand philosophy is translated into the product offering
- Be the custodian of the Brands Season Product portfolio
- Financial Management Ensure gross margin delivery on the product portfolio
- Plan annual budget in alignment with the business plans and manage the cash flow to ensure profitability of the brand
- Manage organization's resources within budget guidelines
- People processes Build an nurture a high performing team
- Be a custodian of Organisational Values
- Identify high potential employees and train them for higher responsibilities
- Develop and manage a highly collaborative work environment with all stakeholders

Job Specification
- Educational Qualifications MBA in Marketing from a premier B-School
- Minimum Experience 12 - 15 years
