- Field force expansion in collaboration with external consultants

- Targeting & segmentation for new field force.

Market Research:

- Strategic market assessment of all relevant markets in the life science industry in collaboration with external consultants.

- Conducted primary MR - Customer insights, customer satisfaction, market trends etc.
