A leading Omni- Channel Specialty Beauty and wellness retailer exclusively representing Top International Beauty brands, a multi0beauty brand retail concept.
Role
The profile will be responsible for all profitability of the brands and bringing to life the brand sense of purpose and its approach to products, distinguishing community-based retail experience and socially driven activities through operations, Marketing, training & Development , forecasting and Merchandising and SCM. The profile will be responsible for all Branding and Marketing Programs for the Brand and the socially-driven activities through PR, CRM ,Digital and retail stores.
Retail operations:
1) Ensure smooth Functioning of all stores
2) Create an effective and efficient retail operation system
3) Plan and make new strategies for improving sales
4) Guide the team to plan and execute new and effective incentive plans for the store
5)Facilitate the opening of new retail outlets on Pan-India
6) Guide the retail manager to conceptualize new and exciting incentive plans
7) Planning layouts, depending on new lines and seasons to make sure that the stock is well presented and displays
Forecasting and Import :
1) Ensure top selling products availability in the warehouse and retail stores to avid sale loss
2) Sales analysis of the current category and product trends and prepare future forecast
3) Co-ordinate with brand APAC officer for order confirmation and shipment schedules
4) Co-ordinate with all retail pricing and approvals
5) Weekly and monthly reports
Stock Management/ Merchandising ;
1) Ensure effective stock management across all merchandise groups and products to maximize sales and marketing opportunities
2) Ensure ABC analysis by product and maintain the required week stock cover as per ABC analysis
Store Supply Chain Management :
1) Stock as per monthly event plan and focus product requirement
2) Ensure that team does the proper sampling allocation and supplies to stores
3)Co-ordinate with warehouse and retail team for quick liquidation and FIFO for close to expiry products
Marketing and Digital :
1) Will be responsible for developing brand annual and monthly marketing budgets and spends as per budget allocations
2) Drive retail excitement and enhance store performance
3) Deliver a consistent brand image and experience in line with non- negotiable global brand standards
4) Develop Brand digital and E-commerce Strategy in India
Digital & E-commerce :
1) Develop and maintain brand digital and social media program
2) Execute brand digital program and KPI'S and work with digital agency to deliver the same
Visual Merchandising :
1) Ensure that team maintains and implement all graphic and visual merchandising assets provided by the brans
2)Understand the brand VM Principles and implement same across all stores
3) Vendor management and cost negotiations for all marketing materials
