Job Description : Head Brand Marketing (Potential CMO)
- Define and implement marketing strategy that communicates the brand proposition to the target consumer, the strategy should be across marketing communication mix ranging from, ATL, BTL, PR, Digital and Social
- Customer segmentation, driving performance marketing in improving CAC and cohorts.
- Must have used any marketing automation tools
- Develop the category /brand strategy that delivers consumer loyalty and generates demand.
- Formulate the Brand story. Ensure all the sales channels are aligned to this story
- Create Awareness and Communicate the brand story across platforms to external stakeholders
- Document the annual marketing plan for the brand detailing the marketing initiatives and priorities that deliver growth in line with the business plan
- Liaison with and manage the Creative, Media, and PR Agencies
- Provide necessary inputs to the sales/marketing team in form of product information and on ground support to help sell product in the desired manner
- Sharing the brand business/communication plan with internal stake holders like sales, supply chain, manufacturing and design team
- Thorough understanding of brand communication, and general knowledge of media planning/ buying.
- Needs to be extremely passionate about the brand, and have a clear inclination towards building and developing a brand.
