Head of Brand & Marketing

Responsibilities:


- Leading the development of all marketing plans.

- Ensuring the implementation of effective marketing strategies.

- Focusing on growing audiences and the uptake for products and services.

- Reviewing and reporting on all areas of the marketing strategies and its implementation.

- Developing the corporate brand identity in consultation with senior managers, executives, and partners.

- Develop and implement strategic brand marketing plans to enhance brand awareness, perception, and loyalty.

- Lead the development and maintenance of the brand's visual identity, including logos, color schemes, typography, and design elements, ensuring consistency across all brand touchpoints.

- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of brand marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.

- Conduct consumer research and gather insights to understand customer perceptions, preferences, and behaviors, informing brand strategies and initiatives.

- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to brand health, such as brand awareness, sentiment, and loyalty, to measure the effectiveness of brand marketing efforts.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments, including product development, sales, and customer service, to ensure alignment and integration of brand messaging and values across the organization.

- Identify strategic brand partnerships and sponsorship opportunities that align with the brand's values and target audience, increasing brand visibility and credibility.

- Lead and mentor a team of brand marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to help them achieve their goals and objectives.

- Manage brand marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources to different initiatives and channels based on their potential for driving brand growth and impact.

- Overseeing social media planning and execution.

- Consistently identifying new or expanded revenue opportunities and strategising the implementation of plans.

- Conception, development and implementation of marketing plans and strategies, product concepts and promotional programmes to drive interest and sales.

- Working to continuously ensure the company marketing goals are communicated across the entire organisation and improving the company's marketing outreach efforts.

Qualification And Experience:

1. MBA in Marketing or a related field with Minimum 15+ years of progressive experience in brand marketing roles & Last Few Years in a leadership or management role with a IT Services & Consulting or BPO Industry.

2. Experience of developing and delivering successful multi-channel, audience-led marketing strategies in support of organisation objectives.

3. Experience developing and implementing a coherent brand strategy.

4. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful brand marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty.

5. Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and brand positioning.

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate ideas, strategies, and results to senior management and stakeholders.

7. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of brand marketing professionals to achieve goals and objectives.

8. Excellent management skills with demonstrable experience of leading, developing and motivating a diverse team across a range of functions.
