About the Company: Our client is a dynamic and fast-growing fintech company backed by prominent investors.

Role: As the Head of Brand Marketing, you will be the custodian of the company's brand identity and responsible for driving brand equity, trust, and loyalty among customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute the brand marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, recall, and loyalty.

2. Build a consistent brand narrative across all customer touchpoints, including digital, social, and offline channels.

3. Lead the development of innovative marketing campaigns that differentiate the company in a competitive fintech landscape.

4. Manage agency relationships and oversee the execution of creative campaigns, media planning, and performance tracking.

5. Collaborate with product, growth, and communication teams to align brand strategy with business goals.

6. Conduct regular brand performance analysis and customer insights studies to refine strategies and improve ROI.

Candidate Requirements:

1. MBA from a Tier 1 institution.

2. 12+ years of experience in brand marketing, with a track record of building and scaling brands in fintech, payment technology, or high-growth technology companies is a must

3. Expertise in integrated marketing campaigns, digital branding, and customer engagement.

4. Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities.
