This opening is for our client who is a leading e-commerce Company.
MBA is a must (from a Tier 1 Institute). 8-14 years of work experience in eCommerce/FMCG
Areas of Responsibilities :
- Brand Strategy : Help shape the overall Company brand and a compelling identity for the brand across existing and potential consumer bases. Analyse insights across different markets to unearth gaps and opportunities for brand building. Stay on top of consumer trends and changing dynamics in the industry
- Brand Communication : Develop and drive end to end brand frameworks for new and existing labels, including extensive crafting of target audience, consumer personas, their needs states and how each label solves for the same
- Be at the forefront of all agency interactions to craft brand narratives, stories, creatives and continually refine brand positioning in order to best setup new and existing labels for adoption and retention from consumers.
- Work extensively with the creative team to break through the clutter and define a visual language for each label.
- Brand Building : Work closely with the category teams to initiate, commission and direct execution of brand campaigns (including all ATL, BTL, Print, outdoor and digital campaigns), thus constantly keeping new and existing labels relevant to consumers.
- Constantly analyse the relevance of each label with its current and new consumers. The role would be required to tailor the brand communication (apart from digital marketing) in every market (contextual communication, language, symbols) to build the brand comms in line with regional insights
Qualifications :
- Previous brand management experience is a must
- Should have a flair for numbers and analysis
- Keen eye for creatives and insights on crafting a strategy for creatives
- Should have worked with advertising as well as PR agencies and getting the best out of them
- Should know how to manage budgets, and get bang for the spend
