Head - Brand Marketing & Communication


1. Support the Marketing Head in building and delivering a brand and communication strategy for the brand (plan for next 3-5 years)

2. Operate as the custodian of the brand; drive all the marketing and communication efforts for the brand

3. Plan and execute ATL, BTL, digital marketing initiatives, brand partnerships, PR and communications activities

4. Ensure brand consistency across various channels. Partner with internal and external teams for various brand marketing tasks including creative development, event management, production, etc.

5. Drive omni-channel campaigns for the brand overall, thus helping in customer acquisition, engagement and retention

6. Ensure consistency in brand tonality and design language across various channels

7. Guide and mentor the team

- Post-Graduation/MBA from Tier 1 institute would be preferred ( 2013-14)

- Experienced category marketing manager or senior brand manager having worked across sectors like FMCG, DTH, Telecom, FMCD - tier 1 companies (preference: telecom, DTH candidates)
